A twist on your St. Patrick’s Day potatoes:
- 1 lb small red potatoes, quartered
- Tantillo Garlic Dipping Oil
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Set oven to 400*F. Place quartered potatoes in a baking pan and generously drizzle Tantillo Garlic Dipping Oil over all potatoes. Sprinkle the oregano, salt and pepper. Place in oven and bake about 30 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
