One Pot Spicy & Creamy Sausage Parm

Made with only 7 ingredients, this recipe is big on ease and light on the budget. Plus, everything comes together in one pot! Fans of spicy foods will love this dish thanks to the imported Arrabbiata sauce. Then, the light touch of cream from the evaporated milk adds a nice richness that partners well with the tomato-based heat.  

Serves 4

1 jar (35oz) Tantillo Foods Arrabbiata Sauce

1 tablespoon Tantillo Foods Premier Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 box (16oz) linguine noodles

8 ounces Italian sausage links, sliced

1 1/2 cups chicken or vegetable stock

1 can (5oz) evaporated milk

1/2 cup grated parmesan or pecorino romano cheese

Combine all the ingredients into an extra-large pot. Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 10-15 minutes or until pasta is al dente and sauce has thickened. That’s all you need to do to create this mouth-watering weeknight dinner! 

Chicken Florentine Vegetable Bake

This Chicken Florentine Vegetable Bake is a restaurant-quality meal that can be created in under 30 minutes! Chicken and veggies are tossed with the super savory and delicious Vodka Sauce before being topped with a nice dusting of bread crumbs and parmesan.

Serves 4

16oz (1 package) Tantillo Organic Artisanal Conchiglioni, cooked al dente

1 jar (35oz) Tantillo Foods Vodka Pasta Sauce

1 tablespoon Tantillo Foods Premier Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 cup Tantillo Foods Dried Porcini Mushrooms

1/2 cup Tantillo Foods Mediterranean Artichoke Hearts

1/4 cup Tantillo Foods Sun Dried Tomato Halves

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced

2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped

2 cups spinach

1/2 cup asparagus spears, chopped

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1/4 cup grated parmesan or pecorino romano cheese

1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, toss together cooked noodles, chicken, garlic, spinach, mushrooms, asparagus, peppers, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and Vodka sauce. Pour mixture into a large, 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. In a smaller bowl stir together grated parmesan, olive oil, and bread crumbs. Sprinkle mixture over casserole. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and topping is golden brown. 

15 Minute Pepperoni Pomodoro 

The recipe title doesn’t lie—this tasty meal comes together in just 15 minutes! It consists of simmered pepperoni in Pomodoro Sauce (with a few veggie add-ins) which is tossed with cooked ziti noodles.

Serves 4

1 jar (35oz) Tantillo Foods Pomodoro Sauce

1 pouch (6oz) sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped

1 box (16oz) ziti noodles, cooked al dente

1/4 cup grated parmesan or pecorino romano cheese

2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

In a large pot, bring Pomodoro Sauce, pepperoni, pepper, and garlic to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes or until hot. Toss with cooked noodles and top with grated parmesan or romano. Garnish with a little fresh basil before serving. 

Spinach Pesto Pasta Primavera

This 30-minute pesto pasta is a high-quality meal that’s simple to make. Plus, it’s loaded with veggies, making this a great guilt-free dinner.

Serves 4

3 tablespoons Tantillo Foods Premier Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 cup Tantillo Foods Mediterranean Artichoke Hearts

1 cup Tantillo Foods Dried Porcini Mushrooms

1/4 cup Tantillo Foods Sun Dried Tomato Halves

1 cup spinach

1/4 cup fresh basil

2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup asparagus spears, chopped

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1 box (16oz) linguine noodles, cooked

1/4 cup grated parmesan or pecorino romano cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine olive oil, spinach, basil, and garlic in a food processor, then pulse until smooth. In a large bowl, toss vegetables with spinach pesto. Place pesto veggies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Roast for 12-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Toss hot vegetables with cooked noodles, and top with grated parmesan or pecorino.

Slow Cooker Sausage Bolognese 

Crockpot cooking is one of the easiest ways to create flavorful meals. Hearty tomato sauce, touches of parmesan, and fresh basil makes this a classic comfort dish.

Serves 4

1 tablespoon Tantillo Foods Premier Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 jar (35oz) Tantillo Foods Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce

16oz (1 package) Tantillo Organic Artisanal Conchiglioni, cooked al dente

8 ounces Italian sausage links, sliced

2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock

3 tablespoons grated parmesan or pecorino romano cheese

2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Preheat the slow cooker to low heat. Stir in olive oil, sausage, garlic, tomato basil sauce, and broth. Cover and simmer for 4-5 hours or until sauce is bubbly and sausage is thoroughly cooked. Toss bolognese with cooked noodles and top with grated parmesan or pecorino. Garnish with a little bit of chopped basil.
