Avocado Grapefruit Relish over Grilled Chicken

Tantillo Recipes

 1 thin chicken breast
 1 oz Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 ½ avocado diced
 1 large seedless grapefruit, cut out and chopped
 1 small shallot minced
 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
 1 tsp red wine vinegar
 1 tsp honey

Grill chicken over medium heat with Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oill until the chicken is done and no longer pink inside.


Combine the avocado through the honey in a mixing bowl.


Plate the chicken and place relish over grilled chicken. Buon Appetito!
