Basil Prosciutto Salad over Watermelon

Ingredients

3 Slices Prosciutto

5 Basil Leaves

4 Leaves of Romaine

1/2 Red Onion

2 Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Watermelon Slice- 1/2″ to 1″ (to use as a “plate”)

Pinch of Sea Salt

Tantillo Bliss

Red Pepper Flakes to taste

Directions

1Combine all ingredients except the watermelon, salt in a large bowl.

2Place watermelon on a large dish, sprinkle salt over watermelon slice.

3Place salad on top and drizzle Tantillo Bliss over all. Enjoy cold! Buon Appetito!
