Blackberry Salad

Ingredients

6 oz spring mix

1 cup blackberries

3 oz ricotta salata

1 haas avocado, peeled pitted and cubed

2 tbsp crushed almonds

Dressing: Juice of 1 Meyer lemon

2 tbsp Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt and pepper

Directions

1Whisk together dressing components to a smooth consistency.

2Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, stir in dressing and serve immediately. Buon Appetito!
