Brie Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1 whole cantaloupe

2 kiwifruit cut into bite size pieces

3 raspberries

3 blueberries

5 leaves mint, torn

1 Orange, cut in half

2 brie cheese

Honey

Directions

1Cut the cantaloupe in half, discard the seeds.

2Use a melon ball scooper and scoop out the cantaloupe.

3Reserve the shell of the cantaloupe for serving.

4Combine cantaloupe, kiwifruit, raspberries, blueberries and mint in a bowl.

5Squeeze half of the orange over the fruit.

6Transfer the fruit to the cantaloupe shell for serving. Drizzle the Tantillo Bliss over the fruit mixture.

7Place the brie on a plate and drizzle honey over the top of the cheese. Buon Appetito!
