0 Full-screen Brie Fruit Salad April 6, 2016 Ingredients1 whole cantaloupe2 kiwifruit cut into bite size pieces3 raspberries3 blueberries5 leaves mint, torn1 Orange, cut in half2 brie cheese Honey Directions1Cut the cantaloupe in half, discard the seeds. 2Use a melon ball scooper and scoop out the cantaloupe. 3Reserve the shell of the cantaloupe for serving. 4Combine cantaloupe, kiwifruit, raspberries, blueberries and mint in a bowl. 5Squeeze half of the orange over the fruit. 6Transfer the fruit to the cantaloupe shell for serving.
