1Soak tomatoes in garlic and Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
2Season with salt and pepper to bring out the flavor.
3Add peppers to tomatoes and mix, followed by red onions.
4Sprinkle in oregano.
5Rip mint, basil and parsley and add to mixture.
6Add scallions. Drizzle Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
7 Use a generous amount to soak the vegetables.
8Add Tantillo Balsamic Bliss and jalapeno.
9Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
10Refrigerate 15-20 minutes.
11Spoon bruschetta onto the bread to serve and enjoy.
