2 Full-screen Conchiglio Pasta with Chick Peas & Sausage April 7, 2016 Ingredients 1 package Tantillo Artisanal Conchiglio Pasta 1/2 Vidalia onion, chopped 2 oz Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 links hot Italian sausage, removed from casing 1 tsp tomato paste 1 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed Salt & Pepper to taste 1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley leaves Directions1Cook Tantillo Artisanal Conchiglio Pasta according to directions on package, set aside reserving one cup of pasta water. 2In a pan, heat up Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil and crumble in sausage meat. 3Mix in a spoonful of pasta water with tomato paste. 4After 1 minute, add in chickpeas, salt and pepper. 5Stir in pasta, coat well and add parsley leaves.
