Conchiglio Pasta with Chick Peas & Sausage

1Cook Tantillo Artisanal Conchiglio Pasta according to directions on package, set aside reserving one cup of pasta water.
2In a pan, heat up Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil and crumble in sausage meat.
3Mix in a spoonful of pasta water with tomato paste.
4After 1 minute, add in chickpeas, salt and pepper.
5Stir in pasta, coat well and add parsley leaves. Serve hot- Buon Appetito!
