0 Full-screen Cortette Pasta With Sausage And Broccoli Rabe April 6, 2016 Ingredients Fresh Cortette pasta Garlic Onions, diced Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tomatoes, chopped Sausage, pre-cooked and browned Broccoli rabe, pre-cooked Stock Tomato puree Parmesan cheese Ricottta cheese Directions1Add pasta to boiling water, cook 30 seconds to a minute. (fresh pasta cooks very quickly.)2Saute garlic and onions in oil.3Add tomatoes, sausage and broccoli rabe. Mix together.4Stir in stock to start the sauce.5Add tomato puree, stir- sauce will start to bind together.6Move pasta to sausage pan and stir into the mix.7Drizzle Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil and parmesan cheese, mix together.8Add 4 scoops of ricotta cheese, stir into the pasta.
