Cortette Pasta With Sausage And Broccoli Rabe

Ingredients

Fresh Cortette pasta

Garlic

Onions, diced

Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tomatoes, chopped

Sausage, pre-cooked and browned

Broccoli rabe, pre-cooked

Stock

Tomato puree

Parmesan cheese

Ricottta cheese

Directions

1Add pasta to boiling water, cook 30 seconds to a minute. (fresh pasta cooks very quickly.)

2Saute garlic and onions in oil.

3Add tomatoes, sausage and broccoli rabe. Mix together.

4Stir in stock to start the sauce.

5Add tomato puree, stir- sauce will start to bind together.

6Move pasta to sausage pan and stir into the mix.

7Drizzle Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil and parmesan cheese, mix together.

8Add 4 scoops of ricotta cheese, stir into the pasta. Plate and enjoy!
