1Sauté mushrooms, tomatoes, shallots, and scallions in Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
2Mix in parsley when juices start to show.
3When mushrooms are cooked through, spoon over toasted ciabatta bread.
4Spoon burrata over mushrooms.
5Drizzle truffle oil and Tantillo Bliss over everything and enjoy!
