Greek Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

2 cucumbers, halved and cut into moon shapes

1 red onion, sliced very thin

1/2 cup feta cheese

1 avocado, sliced

Dressing:

1 cup whole fat Greek yogurt

1-2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1 tbsp Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar

Directions

1Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl.

2Combine cucumbers, red onion and feta cheese in a separate bowl.

3Fold in yogurt dressing, and then mix in the avocados. Plate and enjoy!
