Greek Sausage and Peppers

1 red bell peppers

1 Cubanalla pepper

1/2 white onion

2 turkey sausage links

1/4 cup Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup feta cheese

Oregano to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

Pita bread


1Cut the sausage into small chunks and cook them in Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

2Once they are close to done, add chopped bell pepper, cubanalla pepper, and onion.

3Allow to simmer, then add to pita with feta cheese, oregano and salt and pepper. Buon Appetito!
