This is a great, easy chicken recipe to make for dinner. We’re taking advantage of the warmer weather and still using the BBQ!
Season the chicken slices with garlic salt, pepper and oregano. If you like things a littler saltier, season both sides.
Next, brush Tantillo California Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil on 1 side of the chicken.
Now the chicken is ready for the grill! Place oil side down. Chicken is ready to flip when the sides turn white.
If the grill is on high, this only takes about 5 minutes.
Brush the side facing up with a touch more Tantillo California Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and flip.
Grill until fully cooked.
