Tantillo Recipes

 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and chopped
 1 tomato, chopped
 ½ red onion, chopped
 1 garlic clove, minced
 2 oz cilantro, torn (leaves only)
 1 lemon, juiced or subsitiute 2 to 3 tablespoons Tantillo Lemon Juice
 Sea salt to taste

Mash the avocados and tomatoes together with a fork, to keep the avocados chunky.


Add red onion, garlic, cilantro, and Tantillo Lemon Juice. Mash again until at desired consistency. Buon Appetito!
