Ingredients

Broccoli rabe

Hot Italian sausage (out of the link), cut into pieces

Sundried tomatoes

Cannelloni beans

Orechiette pasta

Red pepper flakes

Parmesan cheese

Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

1First, be sure to blanch the broccoli rabe in the pasta water to help reduce the bitter tastes. Saute the sausage in Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, until cooked through.

2Add cannelloni beans and sundried tomatoes, and lastly the broccoli rabe. Let everything cook through slowly for about 15-20 minutes.

3Add cooked orrechiette and a small amount of pasta water.

4Add a touch of red pepper flakes, oregano, and plate with a dash of cheese and a drizzle of Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
