First, be sure to blanch the broccoli rabe in the pasta water to help reduce the bitter tastes. Saute the sausage in Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, until cooked through.
Add cannelloni beans and sundried tomatoes, and lastly the broccoli rabe. Let everything cook through slowly for about 15-20 minutes.
Add cooked orrechiette and a small amount of pasta water.
Add a touch of red pepper flakes, oregano, and plate with a dash of cheese and a drizzle of Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
