Ingredients

Kale, chopped

Navel Orange, sliced- reserved Citrus Juice

Salt (dash)

Bosc Pear, sliced

Almonds, sliced

Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drizzled

Directions

1Let kale soak in citrus juice and salt.

2Then add pear, almonds and Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
