Cook pasta according to directions on package, set aside and reserve some pasta water. Remove sausage from casing.
In a heavy skillet, combine Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil with garlic and onions.
Once the garlic begins to soften, add the sausage and red pepper flakes.
Cook together with a spoonful of pasta water and add kale.
Cook all together for about 8 minutes, adding pasta water if mixture becomes dry.
Stir in heavy cream, scraping up sides to get all the meat mixed in.
Simmer mixture and stir in pasta.
Sprinkle with toasted bread crumbs. Buon Appetito!
