Linguini with Turkey Sauce

Tantillo Recipes

 1/2 spinach linguini
 2 oz Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 3 oz white onion, chopped
 8 oz ground turkey
 Sea salt and pepper to taste
 1 cup Tantillo Marinara Tomato Sauce
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 3 oz ricotta
 2 oz Parmesan cheese
 2 oz chopped parsley

Cook pasta according to directions on package. In a saucepan, add Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil & onions.


Cook until onions are translucent on medium heat, then add turkey.


Brown turkey and add salt and pepper.


Add paste, and mix into pan.


Add Tantillo Marinara Tomato Sauce and let simmer for 5-10 minutes, add cooked linguini pasta to turkey mixture and stir all together.


Serve with fresh ricotta, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Buon Appetito!
