Mediterranean Bruschetta

Ingredients

Artisan bread, sliced

Garlic cloves

Flat leaf parsley, chopped

Kalamata olives, rough chopped

Black olives, sliced

Pecorino Romano cheese, cubed

Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

1Toast bread slices, and rub raw garlic cloves on each slice.

2Mix parsley, olives, cheese and Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil in bowl.

3Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Dish spoonfuls over each slice of bread.
