Mushroom Steak

Ingredients

Shiitake mushrooms, sliced

Thyme springs

Canola oil

Ribeye steak

Salt

Pepper

Directions

1Saute shiitake mushrooms in oil with thyme. Remove from pan when cooked (leave thyme).

2Add more oil to pan, and cook the ribeye 2-3 minutes each side. Add mushrooms back to the pan.
