Orzo With Prosciutto

Tantillo Recipes


1-cup orzo pasta

2 oz Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

6 oz. broccoli florets

1/4 cup Tantillo Balsamic Vinegar

3 cloves garlic, sliced

3 oz. prosciutto

Toasted bread crumbs to taste


1Cook orzo according to directions on package, drain and perserve about 1 cup of pasta water.

2In a medium sauté pan, heat up Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil with garlic and add in broccoli and slowly add in pasta water.

3Once broccoli has softened, add in Tantillo Balsamic Vinegar, orzo and prosciutto.

4Mix and top with breadcrumbs. Buon Appetito!
