Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

1/2 fresh pineapple, cubed-bite size

1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped

1 avocado, peeled pitted and chopped

1/4 red onion, minced

1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped

1/2 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped

1 lime, juiced

1 tbsp Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl and serve chilled. Buon Appetito!
