Raspberry Spring Mix Salad

Raspberry salad BWQ

 1 1/2 cups Spring Mix
 2 tablespoons Almonds
 1/4 cup Mozzarella, cubed
 2 cups Fresh Raspberries
 Sea Salt and Pepper if desired
 1/2 cup Fresh Raspberries
 1/4 cup Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1/2 tablespoon Tantillo Balsamic Vinegar
 1 tablespoon Honey
 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
 Cinnamon, pinch

Add spring mix, almonds, mozzarella and raspberries to a bowl.


Set aside. Puree the dressing ingredients - Raspberries through Cinnamon. Adjust seasoning if needed.


Pour dressing over salad and mix. Serve cold, Buon Appetito!
