Crimini Mushroom Pasta

1 cup Crimini mushrooms, sliced

Brown butter sauce

1 tbsp sage

Whole wheat spaghetti


1Cook whole wheat spaghetti according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.

2Saute mushrooms in brown butter sauce. When they begin to lightly brown and become aromatic, add sage.

3Once everything in the pan begins to emulsify, add the cooked spaghetti and reserved pasta water.

4Let everything lightly simmer for 2-3 minutes.
