Tantillo Recipes


1 Dozen Mussels

1/4 lb. Cod

8 Jumbo Shrimp

12 Bay Scallops

1/4 cup Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 oz Seafood Stock

4 Garlic Cloves

8 oz Linguine

6 oz Tantillo Marinara Sauce

Red Pepper Flakes


1Cook pasta and set aside. In pan, heat Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic.

2Add mussels and cook until they open.

3Add the remaining fish and seafood stock.

4Reduce 30%. Add Tantillo Marinara Sauce and simmer 10-15 minutes.

5Add linguine, toss and serve.
