Spanish Rice

Ingredients

2 tbsp Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3-4 garlic cloves, peeled

2 cups long grain rice

1 cup water

1 chicken bouillon cube

1/2 cup Tantillo Tomato Basil Sauce

Directions

1On medium heat. pour Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil in bottom of small pot.

2Add garlic cloves and rice. Stir rice and garlic together until coated with olive oil.

3Continue to stir frequently until rice and garlic are lightly toasted. Add water and chicken bouillon cube and cook on low simmer (keep covered).

4When water is almost absorbed, stir in Tantillo Tomato Basil Sauce.

5Continue to cook on low until everything is absorbed and rice is fluffy. Buon Appetito!
