Tantillo Recipes


1 lb. Flank Steak

1/4 c. Canola Oil

3 oz. Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2-1 can diced tomatoes

3 Red Cherry Peppers

1/2 Sweet Onion

4 Garlic Cloves

2-3 oz. Fresh Basil

4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella

3 oz. Parsley


1Grill or sear steak with a little Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

2Cook steak rare and set aside. In a pan, add canola oil and heat.

3Slice onion, garlic and peppers and sauté in pan until caramelized.

4Add tomatoes and parsley to pan and cook 3-4 minutes.

5Add steak to pan and cook another 3-5 minutes.

6Serve with mozzarella, basil and a little olive oil on top.

7Add salt and pepper to taste. Crushed red pepper (optional)

NOTE: Prep times can vary by equipment. Be sure to check that meat is fully cooked.
