Grill or sear steak with a little Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Cook steak rare and set aside. In a pan, add canola oil and heat.
Slice onion, garlic and peppers and sauté in pan until caramelized.
Add tomatoes and parsley to pan and cook 3-4 minutes.
Add steak to pan and cook another 3-5 minutes.
Serve with mozzarella, basil and a little olive oil on top.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Crushed red pepper (optional)
