Stuffed Pepper Soup

1In a large pot or dutch oven, brown ground sirloin with minced garlic on high heat and season with garlic salt.
2Drain fat if any, reduce heat to medium-low, then add peppers, onions and garlic.
3Cook about 5 minutes until onions are translucent.Stir in Tantillo Diced Tomatoes, Tantillo Marinara Sauce, chicken broth, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Serve each bowl with cooked rice and enjoy!
