0 Full-screen Stuffed Pepper Soup April 8, 2016 Ingredients 1 lb 95% lean ground sirloin 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tsp garlic salt 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper 1 cup finely diced onion 2 cans (14.5 oz each) Tantillo Diced Tomatoes 1 3/4 cups Tantillo Marinara Sauce 2 cups reduced sodium, fat-free chicken broth salt and fresh pepper to taste 3 cups cooked rice Directions1In a large pot or dutch oven, brown ground sirloin with minced garlic on high heat and season with garlic salt. 2Drain fat if any, reduce heat to medium-low, then add peppers, onions and garlic. 3Cook about 5 minutes until onions are translucent.Stir in Tantillo Diced Tomatoes, Tantillo Marinara Sauce, chicken broth, and season with salt and pepper to taste. 4Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
