Sweet Peppers and Sausage

Tantillo Recipes


1 tbsp. Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 links apple chicken sausage, sliced

½ Vidalia onion, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

2 tsp fresh thyme, leaves only-chopped

Sea salt and black pepper to taste


1Over medium heat in a sauté pan, add Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil, next add sausage. Heat up, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes.

2Add Vidalia onions and yellow bell peppers. Continue to stir until onions and pepper are cooked.

3Add fresh thyme.Serve hot, sea salt and black pepper to taste. Buon Appetito!
