Tuna Steak Salad

Yields1 Serving

 1 tuna steak
 2 lemons, halved
 1/2 can cannellini beans, rinsed
 1/2 red onion, chopped
 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
 2 cups baby arugula
 For the Dressing-
 2 tbsp Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 tbsp mustard
 1 tsp cumin
 1 tsp oregano
 1 lemon, squeez

Sear tuna steak until your desired doneness.


Mix the cannellini beans, red onion, grape tomatoes and arugula in a bowl.


Toss with dressing. Plate the salad ingredients and add the tuna on top.


Squeeze another lemon half on top.
