Veal Saltimbocca

Ingredients

3 thin sliced veal cutlets

3 slices prosciutto

3 Sage leaves

Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt

Directions

1Layer the veal, prosciutto and sage, and hold together with a toothpick.

2Pan sear each piece in olive oil over high heat.

3Flip once when side is done, and salt the next side.

4Plate and serve. Buon Appetito!
