Veal Saltimbocca
 3 thin sliced veal cutlets
 3 slices prosciutto
 3 Sage leaves
 Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 Salt

Layer the veal, prosciutto and sage, and hold together with a toothpick.

Pan sear each piece in olive oil over high heat.

Flip once when side is done, and salt the next side.
