1In a deep pot with boiling salted water- add farro. Boil 20-30 minutes until slightly softened, remove from pan and set aside.
2In the same pan, wipe any remaining water so pan is dry. Add Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Cook garlic until slightly browned.
3Add peppers & edamame, cook until softened 2-3 minutes.
4Mix in farro & asiago cheese (optional garnish: chopped tomato & parsley) Buon Appetito!
