Cooked Edamame 2 1/2 oz. Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 1/4 c. Water 2 cloves Crushed Garlic 2 oz. Asiago Cheese Salt to Taste Fresh Chopped Tomato, Parsley To Taste Directions1In a deep pot with boiling salted water- add farro. Boil 20-30 minutes until slightly softened, remove from pan and set aside.2In the same pan, wipe any remaining water so pan is dry.
