Watermelon Feta Salad

Tantillo Recipes


1 lb watermelon, cubed

1/2 red onion, sliced thin

3 oz. crumbled feta cheese

1 medium jalapeno, seeded and sliced

4 mint leaves, chopped

1 oz. Tantillo Bliss- drizzled on top

In a separate bowl, mix dressing:

1 oz. champagne vinegar

2 oz. Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil


1Mix watermelon through mint leaves in a large bowl.

2Add dressing and drizzle Tantillo Bliss on top.

3Serve cold, Buon Appetito!
