Watermelon Salad

Ingredients

1 small watermelon, cubed

dash of salt

1/4 cup ricotta salata, chopped small

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

mint, chiffonade

2 tbsp Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tantillo Balsamic Bliss, to taste

Directions

1Add watermelon to a medium sized bowl and season with salt.

2Next, mix in ricotta salata, red onion and mint.

3Toss together, and then pour Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top.

4Plate, and drizzle Tantillo Balsamic Bliss over salad.
