(1 can) black beans, rinsed 1 tomato, cubed ½ cup cilantro, chopped 1 cup grilled corn 1 lime, juiced Directions1Cook quinoa according to directions on packet. Meanwhile in a sauté pan, heat Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil on medium heat. 2Add white onion for 4 minutes, until soft and add to a large bowl. 3Once the quinoa is cooked, combine it with the onions.
