Seafood Pasta


1 Dozen Mussels

1/4 lb. Cod

8 Jumbo Shrimp

12 Bay Scallops

1/4 cup Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 oz Seafood Stock

4 Garlic Cloves

8 oz Linguine

6 oz Tantillo Marinara Sauce

Red Pepper Flakes


Cook pasta and set aside. In pan, heat Tantillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic. Add mussels and cook until they open. Add the remaining fish and seafood stock. Reduce 30%. Add Tantillo Marinara Sauce and simmer 10-15 minutes. Add linguine, toss and serve.
